Breathwork is an active meditation technique and a natural healing modality.
The practice opens the door to self-exploration, healing, & expansion. By accessing the subconscious at a deeper level, it allows for the release of stuck energy, stored emotions & limited beliefs. The breath creates physiological changes that bring the mind-body back into balance and aids in regulating the nervous system and emotional body. This experience is coupled with music and intuitive guidance.

One of the most powerful gifts of breathwork is that it allows us to meet ourselves where we are, in ways we couldn't imagine. It's slowly learning to build safety within ourselves to meet what's present. Clearing out fear, stress, and other patterns that aren't supporting your health and vitality. Not with the mind, but with the body. It's restoring trust and aliveness within. It's a beautiful opportunity to choose and prioritize yourself as we move through a time of transition, knowing that the time we take to tend to ourselves (and the seeds planted within us) is what has the greatest impact on the world. If you're needing to release some stress, anxiety, or heaviness right now, this is a wonderful practice for doing so. Come as you are, wherever you are.
